Typically the customer would nominate one or more employees to undertake the role of project manager, trainer and system administrator. An esCollate™ consultant would work closely with the nominated employees and make sure they understood the system implementation process and the customer specific decisions made.
The implementation services cover:
- Software installation on server and client PCs
- Initial system configuration and the importing of key data
- Commissioning and testing of data collection
- Report customisation
- Integration with other on site systems
- Training of esCollate users on best practice and software use.
