Software Overview

The esCollate software suite is made up of the following applications:

• Factory Client
  The Factory Client connects factory employees with the broader factory team, providing real-time productivity feedback as well as the ability to easily enter down time information, access documentation and view and maintain the accuracy of the production schedule.
• Production Scheduler
  The Production Scheduler provides the ability to both prepare schedules that are displayed on the Factory Client and to review the actual production activity as it happens.  The Production Scheduler also allows for the import and export of schedule information, as well as the management of shift patterns and overtime shifts.
• Reports
  The Reports application provides the facility to report on production activity and plant performance. A range of standard reports are provided, including OEE analysis.  The development of organisation specific reports is typically part of an esCollate™ implementation.
• Administration
  The Administration application provides the system administrator with the ability to maintain the configuration of the esCollate™ system.  The Administration application provides the facility to configure line, product, down time and shift definitions as well as activity groups, activities and other necessary system settings.

esCollate™ provides a detailed and objective analysis of plant performance which supports constructive dialogue and cooperation between factory employees, front line management and technical support.

As a platform esCollate™ accelerates the uptake of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives with accurate, objective information and a full time presence on the factory floor.  This full time presence keeps the focus of attention on key performance measures, such as OEE metrics.
